About KISSS

KISSS America’s mission is to be the most innovative company in the irrigation industry worldwide, through purveyance of sustainable, closed-loop, water-saving systems and services and the application of “best practices” to its customers. The Company drives invention and integration of effective, easy-to-use technologies, coupled with world-class customer service. Accomplishment of this mission will result in the creation of enduring corporate value for our customers and employees, with an above average return for our shareholders.

KISSS offers a value proposition of state-of-the-art, closed-loop, and cost effective irrigation solutions to address dwindling supplies and associated restrictions and costs of fresh water. The Company represents a proprietary line of irrigation products sold exclusively throughout the US, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean (the territory). KISSS America secured the exclusive rights to manufacture and distribute the KISSS line of products from IWT-Australia, and has begun manufacturing “Made in the USA” products at its Longmont, Colorado facilities.

All the products include a complete subterranean irrigation system technology that exploits the natural advantages of, and recent advancements in, geo-textiles. The Company markets a range of irrigation systems that are installed entirely beneath the surface of the ground that employ the capillary action innate in virtually all types of soil. There are no sprinkler heads to break or be stolen, resulting in a lower cost of service and maintenance. There is no wasteful or polluting run-off of the chemicals that are typically used to stimulate plant growth. Proper utilization of the KISSS system assures better plant quality with less water (no evaporation!) by maintaining near perfect air/water content in the soil. All chemicals go through the system directly to the root zone resulting in excellent plant health with substantially less fertilizer. The Company’s solutions initially may cost somewhat more than traditional irrigation systems, however, these benefits and others result in a more rapid ROI than that of traditional and drip irrigation systems. At a time of economic challenges and growing water shortages, the Company believes it is in the right place at the right time.

The Company is addressing the major unfulfilled need of reducing the requirement for an increasingly rare and expensive resource… fresh water.
