How KISSS Below Flow Wrap water saving subsurface irrigaiton works

The KISSS system works by pulsing water through the lines for several minutes a few times a day at a very low pressure between 6 and 32 psi.  The water running through the lines disperses out the check-valve emitters, hits the dispersion tape and then is absorbed by the patented capillary fiber.  This then allows the soil to absorb the water from the capillary fiber at its own rate based on the soils need for water.  Because the Wrap has check-valve emitters that close when the system is shut off to prevent downward drainage it is useful in highly sloped areas.

Below Flow Wrap is Your Answer to Heavily Sloping and Irregular Areas...

KISSS Below Flow WRAP is designed primarily for more heavily sloping sites in turf and garden areas thanks primarily to it's pressure compensating ( CNL) emitters.  The important part about CNL emitters is that they keep the system pressurized at all times not allowing emitters stationed at places of higher elevation in draw in water and/or debris.

Another benefit of Below Flow WRAP capillary irrigation is sloping areas. The KISSS Below Flow WRAP capillary irrigation system allows even downward movement of water which transfers downhill (beneath the surface) filling in the gaps between lines (below). There is no runoff experienced with the Below Flow system unlike with sprinklers.

Below Flow WRAP provides a solution to irregular shaped or "curved" turf and planted areas where other subsurface products are ineffective and cannot be used.  KISSS Below Flow WRAP works great in planted areas as well since it was originally designed for deep rooted plants and in area’s where dispersal of large amounts of water such as in sanitary waste water disposal is of interest.
