KISSS (capillary irrigation subsurface systems), provide even coverage in the most coarse green roof soils.  This is a feature which just simply is not available with other irrigation systems including sprinklers and drip.

KISSS provides many options for quality Green Roof and Roof Garden irrigation including Below Flow Flat, Below Flow Wrap, Safety Flaw and The Green Roof MAT. These sub surface capillary irrigation systems provide even, below ground water emission across the board. The Ebb and Flow Green Roof Mat provides an added bonus It acts as an active drainage layer through a capillary "wicking" process involving the combination of specialized geo-textile fibers, polyethylene plastics.

KISSS SCI green roof systems allow high quality water conserving subsurface irrigation to be implemented even in course green roof and/or roof top garden soils where other subsurface irrigation systems (such as subsurface drip) has not previously been an effective solution. 

KISSS Below Flow Systems (Below Flow FLAT, Below Flow WRAP, and Safety Flow) are manufactured and shipped in rolls of 656ft. (200m) and are meant to be installed on green roof systems before the application of topsoil growing medium.  KISSS Green Roof MAT comes in a variety of widths and is shipped in pallet sized boxes, also in lengths of 656ft.
